Export Procurement & Payment Policy

Under the export operations of A.A. Traders (Established in 2017), The Nature Vibe manufactures and exports premium Himalayan Rock Salt, Pure Shilajit Resin, and Natural Botanical Extracts. To guarantee strict quality control, dedicated batch manufacturing, and transparent trade execution, all commercial operations adhere strictly to our established export settlement terms.

1. Commercial Payment Framework

Since our inception in 2017, we strictly maintain an upfront payment settlement model. We do not provide open credit lines, post-dated terms, or delayed collection instruments:

  • Free Sample Policy (Commercial Evaluation): Product samples are provided completely FREE OF COST for genuine B2B buyers and commercial quality evaluation. The client is only responsible for the actual international express courier / air shipping charges (DHL / FedEx Express), payable in advance prior to sample dispatch.
  • Bulk Consignments & Container Loads (FCL / LCL):
    • 50% Advance Deposit: Required upon Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation to initiate dedicated production, raw material selection, and batch processing.
    • 50% Balance Payment: Payable immediately upon completion of product packing and pre-shipment inspection, strictly prior to container loading and dispatch. No container is sealed or dispatched without 100% funds clearance.
  • Payment Mode: Direct corporate bank wire transfer (SWIFT / IBAN) to our designated business export bank account in Pakistan.

2. Shipping Terms (Incoterms 2020)

FOB (Karachi Port) Full container load (FCL) placed on board the vessel at Karachi Port, Pakistan.
CNF / CIF (Destination Port) Pre-arranged ocean freight and marine insurance delivered to the buyer’s nominated seaport.
Express Air Cargo Door-to-door international air cargo via DHL Express / FedEx for urgent high-value resin and botanical orders.
Ex-Works (EXW) Direct factory pickup from our processing facilities in Punjab, Pakistan.
